Before we get started, make sure you've done these things to prepare!

1. Are you the participant's legal guardian? The parent/legal guardian MUST be the one to submit the application and included waivers.

2. Have you read this fair's Policies & Procedures Document and confirmed you are willing to abide by these guardrails?

3. Have you met with your child and had them answer the Youth Application Questions - so they have a basic idea for the type of business they will create and if they want a business partner? (The child MUST be involved in this process. Each business can include up to 2 people and will have one 4 ft. table section to set up their business at the fair). Don't worry - if needed, details can always be updated later.

4. Will the participant have a business partner? If so, your child will be considered the "Lead Participant" who will fill out this application (and if accepted off the waiting list) pay the $20 application fee on behalf of the business. Upon acceptance, a separate waiver form will need to be completed by the business partner as well. Both participants must name each other as partners.
