414Flea Summer Series at Zocalo May 4th - Masculine Vintage Clothing

Thank you for your interest in vending at 414Flea at Zócalo Food Park on Sunday, May 4th, from 11 AM - 5 PM in Milwaukee, WI!

This application is for a full 10x10 vendor space only. The vendor fee is $150, and payment is required at the end of this application to confirm your spot. Once submitted, you can assume you’re accepted unless we reach out within a few days regarding category limitations. If your application is declined, you will receive a full refund.

REQUIRED INFORMATION
As part of this application, you will need to provide:
📌 Your Wisconsin Seller’s Permit Number
📌 The last four digits of your Social Security Number (required by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for event reporting)

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & EVENT POLICIES

✅ Promotion & Marketing
Vendors must follow @414Flea on Instagram and actively promote the event by sharing event materials leading up to market day.

✅ Event Setup & Timeline
Load-In: Vendors will receive assigned spaces and load-in details before the event.
Setup: Vendors must be fully set up and present by 10:30 AM.
Event Time: 11 AM - 5 PM
Load-Out: Vendors must completely clear their booth by 6 PM.

✅ Payment & Vendor Space Details
Full spaces (10x10) are $150.
Half spaces (shared 10x10 tents) are $75, but this application is for full spaces only.
Payment must be submitted at the end of this application to confirm your spot.

✅ Booth Setup & Equipment
Vendors must bring a 10x10 canopy tent with STRAIGHT legs—no exceptions.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, lighting, racks, and additional display needs—414Flea does not supply equipment.
If you need electricity, please bring battery-powered lighting, as outlets are not provided.

✅ Vintage Requirement
Vintage items must be at least 20 years old.

✅ Parking & Load-In
Vendors may pull up to their assigned space to unload but must move their vehicle to the designated vendor parking lot before setup.
If an unauthorized vehicle is in your space, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

✅ Liability & Refund Policy
Vendors are fully responsible for their inventory—414Flea is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendors are liable for any damages caused by themselves, their team, or their booth setup.
The vendor fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable, except in the case of an application decline.
Vendors may not share or sublet their booth with unapproved sellers—each vendor must apply and be accepted individually.

✅ Weather & Rain Date Policy
If severe rain is expected all day, a rain date will be scheduled for the following Sunday.
The event will still take place in light rain, so vendors should plan accordingly.

VENDOR COMMUNICATION
A vendor group chat on Instagram will be created the week leading up to the event to share final details, answer questions, and ensure everyone is prepared. Make sure you're following @414Flea so we can add you!

NEXT STEPS
If your application is declined due to category limitations, we will notify you within a few days and issue a full refund.
Otherwise, you are officially accepted—no further confirmation is needed!
Expect final event details and vendor assignments closer to market day.
