Your responses will help us to make the most of our time together during the initial meeting, and enable us to provide you with the best possible solutions from the outset.
Note that we will be requesting a floor plan or sketch of your space, as well as a reference image or document, and a link to a folder of your choice (this could be a website's wishlist, a Pinterest board, or a personal online folder).
While submitting these documents will not be mandatory, providing them before our meeting would greatly help us understand your design goals before our initial meeting, so we recommend having them handy prior to starting the questionnaire.
Towards the end of the survey, a fee of $50 will be required to lock in your inital appointment, and this fee will be fully refunded should you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, it will count as a deposit towards the final payment of your project, which will be due at the moment of your final interview.
