This form will guide you through the application process so we can understand more about your charity. It should take around 5 minutes.

For US-based charities, please have a copy of your 501(c)(3) Determination Letter ready for upload.

For charities based in any other country, you'll be asked to provide either your registered charity number, a link to your country's official online charity registry showing your charity's details, or you'll be invited to upload supporting documentation.

Once you complete the application we'll be in touch within a few days to let you know the outcome of your application and any next steps.
