Matford Resident Engagement Survey

The Real Ideas Organisation are working with Exminster Parish Council (EPC) to help better understand the voices of people living in the new Matford (Southwest Exeter) housing development. As part of the Exminster community, the Parish Council are keen to connect to residents and to better understand their views, with the aim of informing possible future activity, to build connections and to help create a place that best works for everybody.

As part of this work, over the summer we are running an initial community engagement survey, to find out what people think of the developing neighbourhood and how EPC can best support them, now and into the future, hence we would love to hear you views!
