Can you help us create a tool to assess the digital maturity and literacy of the sector?

Social Care Wales are working with Basis to explore options for a new tool to help us address the digital skills gap in social care across Wales.

We want people who work in social care in Wales to help us develop a way of assessing the current digital maturity and literacy of the sector.

‘Digital maturity and literacy’ means the ability and confidence of an organisation and its people to use technology effectively to deliver value.

The assessment is likely to be a set of questions that staff members in your organisation will answer to provide a better understanding of your organisation’s digital maturity and literacy levels.

Identifying and addressing gaps in the digital skills of the workforce can help lead to more effective services and better outcomes for people who use care and support.
