Thank you for joining us at the Slashie Summit this year on May 17-18th in SoHo!

For your convenience, we have a Slashie Summit discounted hotel room block at the Moxy NYC Times Square (485 7th Ave, New York, NY 10018) from Thursday, May 16th-Sunday, May 19th. This is a quick 14 min subway or 20 minute car ride from the venue.

Upon filling out this form, you commit to staying at our hotel block for the dates you have selected on question number four. The reservation will be made with the contact information you provide and a valid ID and credit card will be requested and charged at check-out.

The Slashie team will assist in booking your hotel but will not be liable for any refunds, charges or damages that may occur.
