When we work together 1:1 I’m able to help you identify what’s getting in the way of how you want to feel and how you want to show up in your work as a Social Worker (while taking your sensitivity into account of course!)
I’ll never ask you to toughen up! But I will give you a constructive dose of tough love and insightful feedback to help you identify your blindspots (like people-pleasing, codependent patterns, lack of boundaries, settling for poor treatment, etc.).
AND I’ll help you work through and heal these patterns so that you’re living life for yourself, not just for everybody else.
One month of 1:1 coaching with me includes a 45-minute Zoom call where we lay the groundwork and narrow in on your goals, followed by daily (Monday-Friday) support from me through Voxer. (Not sure what Voxer is? They call it the walkie-talkie app! We’ll connect through audio messages once a day, Monday-Friday, through the app.)
