Withdraw Consent

This form is used to withdraw consent for the use of your diversity declarations in Nisto People.

Subsequently - by withdrawing consent - your diversity declarations will no longer be available to and included in your employer's analysis and reporting.

It is NOT needed to let your employer know that you have withdrawn your consent. Your Nisto People code will no longer report any data.

Please note this is final - we have no way to retrieve your data once deleted.
