I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone applying to be part of this web series’ writer’s room. Whether this is your first time vying to be part of one or your 100th time, it means a lot to me that you’d put yourself out there to be considered for my project.

I encourage you to answer each question openly and honestly–nothing you write in this will used as points to disqualify you from the running. We have seven positions open within the room and I’m looking for writers of all ages (above 18), backgrounds, and experience levels to take part. Please don’t be discouraged if you do not get picked for this opportunity as there will be more projects on the horizon where I could see you being a potential fit.

For this show, I want everyone to express their humor throughout, there’s no straightforward way of being funny but leave that up to me to decide if your humor fits this series. Within this room, I aim to create a collaborative environment where everyone feels safe to share their ideas without scrutiny and have the opportunity for growth in their writing career.
