A major strength of Tara's that allows her clients to make huge shifts and progress in their emotional & mental health is her ability to see the core issue that needs to be addressed. As a result, therapy with Tara is different than traditional therapy but powerful in making progress rather quickly. With that said, Tara is not right for everyone so we need to make sure this is a good fit for both. For this experience to be effective, you must be ready or at least willing to dig deep within yourself to DO THE WORK. There will be work assigned in most sessions for you to complete in between sessions. Tara is a guide, educator, and supporter but she will not push or convince someone to do their work. You need to show up ready (feeling scared or overwhelmed if fine & normal) and engaged in the work, otherwise, the progress you seek will not occur. Tara only works with aligned clients that are truly ready to make the necessary changes within themselves and areas of their life.
