Thank you for your interest in participating in VRDays Foundation's Immersive Tech Week 2026.

General Information:

- Submissions for Immersive Tech Week 2026 Open Call for Speakers open from April 1, 2025 at 9:00am CET until September 15, 2025 at 11:59am CET.
- Submissions will be reviewed by the conference organisers during the whole period, and those selected will be notified at the latest by the end of July. Due to the high amount of applications we receive every year, we strongly recommend you to apply as soon as possible.
- Talks will take place from June 23 to June 26, during the ITW 2026.
- If you have a suggestion for curating a whole session instead of giving a talk, please contact us directly at speakers@vrdays.co to further discuss your idea before July 15 . Please use as a subject line "Session Proposal".
