Question 1

Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at Aniwa Gathering 2025. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your application. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Application Requirements
- Type of food: Specify if your menu includes gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, pescatarian, meat-based, or other dietary options.
- Provide a full menu with your application.
- Business name must be included.
- Health permit: Vendors must hold a valid health permit (further details will be provided upon acceptance).

Vendor Logistics & Fees
- Each vendor space is limited to two staff members. ⁠2 tickets provided per vendor. Additional staff must purchase a ticket.
- Booth sizes & fees:
- 10x10 space: $2,000
- 10x20 space: $2,500
- Cooking methods: Only electric or gas cooking is allowed.
- Vendors must provide two fire extinguishers and a bucket of water at all times.
- Absolutely no psychedelic substances in food.

Site & Sustainability Rules
- TBD on water provided. A sink will be provided for washing and water source. No power provided.
- No power
- Only biodegradable plates and silverware permitted.
- Vendors must empty their trash into the designated dumpster every night before 10 PM.
- Leave no trace—keep your area clean and free of debris.

Payment & Deposits
- Vendors must accept both cash and card payments (BYO payment system).
- WiFi will be provided.
- A $500 deposit is required. If any rules are violated, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event will result in a loss of deposit.

Service & Setup
- Vendors agree to service minimum hours:
- 8 AM - 11 AM
- 12 PM - 3 PM
- 5 PM - 10 PM
- No vehicles are allowed in the serving space. Vendors will have access to a drop-off and pick-up area with a designated crew drive-on pass. A cart or trolley is recommended for transport.
- Setup must be completed by 6 PM on May 28th, 2025.
- Upon acceptance, vendors must provide full names and driver’s licenses for staff.

Exclusivity & Menu Variety
- Aniwa Gathering will make best efforts to grant exclusivity for at least 1 item on vendors menu. Aniwa desires to ensure a diverse menu across all vendors.
