2024 SCAI Softball All-State/ All-Star Nominations

THIS FORM IS DUE TO YOUR DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE BY 11:59 PM CST ON MAY 15, 2024, WHEN THE FORM IS SUBMITTED THERE IS A TIMESTAMP TO CONFIRM TIME AND DATE OF ENTRY-NO EXCEPTIONS! DUPLICATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Late nominations will be NOT be accepted at the District meetings! You will receive an email verification of your submission. Member HS coaches should be prepared to discuss statistical information from the current 2024 season only at the District Meeting on MAY 19th. In order to keep this information consistent, we ask that each coach fill out the included bio/stat portion of this form. DO NOT MAKE PERSONALIZED COPIES for distribution. District reps will provide copies upon your arrival and checking in with SCAI Staff. ***If you have more than one player to nominate you will need to fill out the form again.
