Project ideas submitted by December 1 will be considered for funding in the upcoming fiscal year through the annual horizon scan process. The horizon scan identifies emerging management needs and the availability of science to meet those needs. If your project idea ranks highly in the horizon scan, you may be contacted to develop a one-page Issue Statement for evaluation at the April meeting of the Science Transfer Board.
