About the Fairer Recruitment Self-Audit

This is a self-assessment tool that asks up to 18 questions to evaluate your recruitment processes. For each answer you’ll get feedback on how you can improve. At the end you’ll be given a score that indicates the level of changes we advise you to make.

Please note that not all questions are scored. We understand that fair recruitment is nuanced, and what works for one charity or role may not work for another, but this tool aims to point you in the right direction.
