Although rare, there are times when it appears that tokens have been lost or are missing after a failed transaction on Ref Finance. When this happens:
1. Go to your account page on the Ref site to see if your tokens ended up there, and withdraw them to your wallet if they are: https://app.ref.finance/account
2. If you are missing NEAR, look in your wallet for a token called Wrapped NEAR (wNEAR). Be sure to refresh your wallet a couple of times to make sure it is showing you the latest info. wNEAR is a form of NEAR that can be used in DeFi operations like swapping. 1 wNEAR is always worth 1 NEAR, and you can use the swap page on the Ref site to unwrap it back to NEAR without paying any swap fees.
If neither of these situations apply to you, then it is possible the tokens are stuck on the Ref Exchange contract. This can happen when swapping or removing liquidity using a wallet or 3rd party app/site that does not check whether a user’s wallet is registered with a token’s contract before swapping or removing liquidity. If a wallet isn’t registered with a token’s contract it is impossible for the Ref Exchange contract to transfer the tokens to the user’s wallet after the operation completes. Unfortunately, by the time the Ref Exchange contract receives the error that it cannot transfer the tokens, the swap or withdraw transaction cannot be undone, and the tokens are placed in the “owner” account of the Ref Exchange contract. The Ref DAO contract has the only key capable of getting tokens out of the owner account, and to do this, the Ref Community DAO has to pass a special proposal containing the code to do so.
Please continue if you have tokens stuck on the Ref Exchange contract, or are missing funds.

If you do not know how to get this, then please enter your wallet address with the time and date that the transaction occurred.
