The Young Digital Women of The Year Award recognises and celebrates young women under 25 who are making great moves in the digital space. Whether they are leveraging digital to grow their own business or that of an employer. One thing all of these finalists have in common is that they have all made huge strides in their career in a relatively short amount of time whether it be moving into a senior position within a company with more responsibility or by moving their own business forward.

🔹 These awards will be given to women who are: Recognising and pursuing new opportunities in digital.
Engaging in a process of continuous innovation, adaptation and learning.

🔹 Acting boldly without being limited by current resources.
Maintaining accountability to the constituencies served and for the outcomes created. The individual awards will be judged based on evidence provided and evidence of improvement over time, showing what's been learnt and challenges you've overcome. Customer / client testimonials and supporting videos, stats and images will help the judges make an informed decision.
