Nonprofit Pre-Qualification Survey

Read these Instructions
Before completing the survey, you must create an account in BrightFunds.org (step 1), validating your organization. You will then return back here (https://form.typeform.com/to/kXLwM5UN) to complete the survey. You should bookmark this page or print the instructions, as you will not be redirected back to this page for step 2.

STEP 1: Complete the Registration Process
Visit https://www.BrightFunds.org/login and create a NEW user account on Bright Funds using your nonprofit’s email address. Your application will not be valid if this step is not complete.

STEP 2: Complete Nonprofit Pre-Qualification Survey
Once you have completed step 1, return to this page and click start survey.

If your organization successfully passes the Pre-Qualification Survey questions, we will formally invite you to apply for a Gainwell Cares grant.
