This award recognises female led podcasts within any niche or area that informs, educates and serves its community. Judges will be looking for publishing consistency and audience reception.

🔹 These awards will be given to women who are recognising and pursuing new opportunities in digital.

🔹 Engaging in a process of continuous innovation, adaptation and learning.

🔹 Acting boldly without being limited by current resources.
Maintaining accountability to the constituencies served and for the outcomes created. The individual awards will be judged based on evidence provided and evidence of improvement over time, showing what's been learnt and challenges you've overcome. Customer / client testimonials and supporting videos, stats and images will help the judges make an informed decision.
