Welcome to our coach recruitment space.

In order to prepare for an online interview, we kindly ask you to take 20 to 30 minutes to complete this questionnaire. This will allow us to know you better and for you to better understand our current needs. At the end of the questionnaire, we will ask you to send us a presentation video, for which instructions will be provided.

We are currently looking for experienced coaches, certified for at least 5 years from a recognized coaching school, who have accumulated at least 750 hours of coaching, who can lead seminars and group coaching sessions, and who coach in English. It is also important for us that they have a minimum of 10 years of prior professional experience as a senior manager/executive, preferably in large companies and/or consulting firms. Finally, we recommend regular supervision and continuous training on different theoretical approaches, methodologies, and tools to support your practice.
