An Artisan Pro is a certification category for companies, cooperatives, or any other entity producing
min. 100 m³ and max. 1,500 m³ of biochar per year (about 300 metric tons) using diverse biomass feedstock, not necessarily produced on the same farm where the biochar will be applied.

The process is called flame-curtain pyrolysis and can be done in a basic Kon-Tiki kiln.
