Revolution Carts wants empower the street vendor community by awarding selected vendors with brand new sidewalk carts to be used to sell approved pre-packaged hot items on the sidewalks of LA. In addition, lucky winners may receive access to safe vending locations and catered events. To top it off, the Revolution Carts team will walk vendors through every step of the process from getting permits, starting a business and expanding beyond the sidewalk. *In order to apply you must first meet all of the following entry requirements:

1. Vendors must own or have full time access to a vehicle for transporting the cart
2. Vendors must live in and sell in one of the following counties: LA, San Bernardino, Riverside or Orange County
3. Vendors must have prior vending experience
4. Vendors must have a functioning smartphone
5. Vendors must have access to the internet, email and a working phone number
6. Vendors must have a bank account (highly recommended but not required)
7. With our assistance, all cart awardees must agree to apply for all necessary vending permits prior to receiving the cart.
