Qualifying Criteria

What do we look for in all our leaders?

• Senior leadership experience.
(i.e. C-suite, co-founder, policymaker, or investment decision-makers)
• In a core ecosystem pillar.
(i.e. Corporate Executive, Scale-ready Disruptive Innovator, Investor, Policymaker/ NGO/Not for profit)
• P&L and/or executive decision-making responsibility.
• Relevant industry focus.
(i.e. Food & Agriculture, Fashion, Health & Beauty, Hospitality, Packaging & Materials)
• Clear career narrative demonstrating thought leadership.
• Passionate and capable of influencing systems change.
• Diversity - sector, region, background, ethnicity, generations and gender.
• Kind people who want to contribute as much as they wish to receive.
