Recast Leaders is the national reknown cohort program from Recast City for community leaders ready to bring small-scale manufacturing into their target area and support the growth of this sector. The program is geared toward local leaders who are ready to find new solutions to fill vacant spaces, grow local businesses from a diversity of owners, and take action now.

Cohort members participate in 10 months of twice monthly sessions that include trainings, discussions, shared expertise, and guest speakers. Each community will receive both group support as well as individualized coaching to create an action plan and implement the top 2-3 near-term actions during the program.
