What is the Lean DPS Canvas?

The Lean DPS Canvas is based on the Lean Canvas developed by Ash Maurya. We applied some changes to help teams focus more on creating a problem-solution fit and to be sooner aware of the AI potential of their idea. It allows you to focus on the essentials of your approach and lets you see the risks you still need to validate.

When should I start filling in a Lean Canvas?
The cool thing about it is that you don't have to complete it simultaneously. When you discover a pain or have an idea, you should complete the sections you have. The other areas you treat as a checklist of what you still need to look into.
