On behalf of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD), The Water Council is managing a request for information (RFI) seeking interest from European-based engineering firms with significant experience and expertise in climate change mitigation and energy neutrality planning to support the District and its local consultants in planning.

MMSD, through its 2035 Strategic Vision, seeks to prepare for and mitigate the impacts of climate change by evaluating options to improve the resilience of their operations, infrastructure, and finances.

This RFI (request for information) for Climate and Energy Consultant Evaluation is issued solely for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) to obtain information for planning purposes. It does not constitute a request for proposal or opportunity to bid but may be used to assist in developing a scope of services for similar work.
