Empowering Her Destiny Inc's Mentoring Program supports Black girls reach their full potential by leveraging the values of confidence, leadhership, authenticity, and wellness. These four values create the conditions for Black girls to thrive in their communities, schools, and beyond.

The obligation for this mentoring program will be one year, which includes:

Monthly Check-Ins
Enrichment Activities (sometimes travel is aligned with this)
Annual Community Projects
