Welcome to the SFT BIM Grading Tool.

This “BIM Grading Tool” forms part of the Scottish Government’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) Guidance (https://bimportal.scottishfuturestrust.org.uk) and supports the objective of adopting BIM Level 2 where appropriate from 6th April 2017.

This on-line grading tool will assist Scottish public sector procurers in determining an appropriate level of BIM maturity for a proposed project and will define an outcome of either Level 1 or Level 2 BIM maturity.
