I am so glad you're here and can't wait to get you started!
I try to keep an open line of communication so always feel free to reach out to me if you need more (or less of something!)
Here is a breakdown of what working together looks like (100% remotely)
First we will start by having a video call together where we will discuss your goals, discuss pain points and also assess your strength, weaknesses and fitness level!
I will then create an all in one program for you (available on an app) that will include these items depending on the subscription you select:
1. Run program: that works towards achieving your goals, training for your next race, overcoming injury, maintaining your health... or some combination of these!
2. Rehab exercises: specific to your pain points
3. Strength program: specific for runners and customized to the things we identify in our initial session! All can be done at home.
4. Direct access to me!: message me anytime with questions or updates so I can make real time changes or modifications to your program.
