Welcome to the Coaching Professional Apprenticeship
Initial Assessment and Skills Scan.
This form will be used to help determine your eligibility to funding for the apprenticeship programme and also whether our full 14 month programme or our Fast Track 12 month programme (for those with some previous coaching experience) is the most suitable for you.
If for any reason you are not eligible for the apprenticeship you will be given the opportunity to make an appointment with Tasmin Raynor, Director of Apprenticeships, to discuss further training/development options.
